Our fund LPs are made up of experienced tech operators, investors, media companies, entrepreneurs, and regulatory experts across all areas of business. LPs are passive investors focused on achieving outlier early-stage venture returns without the desire for any active engagement or learning. This is also the simplest administrative way to participate in K Street’s returns (semi-annual capital calls and one k-1 for a fund portfolio of ~25 companies).

Becoming a Fund Limited Partner (LP) with K Street provides diversified, professionally managed exposure to a portfolio of early-stage companies in high-growth, regulated markets.
Managed with discipline and transparency,  Fund LPs gain:

  • Hands-off participation (K Street handles diligence, capital calls, reporting, and distributions)

Syndicate

Our Syndicate Members are similarly made up of experienced tech operators, investors, media execs, entrepreneurs, and regulatory experts across all areas of business. Syndicate Members are actively engaged investors focused on achieving outlier early-stage venture returns in a customizable format enabling them to participate directly in individual deals on a flexible, deal-by-deal basis.

This model offers a more active and customizable investment experience that is ideal for those who want to engage directly with founders, sectors, or stages that align with their interests.

Becoming a Syndicate Member provides access to the same portfolio companies in our fund, but with the flexibility to pick and choose which investments to participate in and at what size, in addition to pro-rata and co-investment SPVs. It also provides community benefits and engagement opportunities with our portfolio companies, our investment team, and the entire K Street Capital community.

  • Must be an Accredited Investor
  • $25,000 annual investment commitment
  • Attend (virtually or in-person) the majority of our 8 investment meetings

  • Submit a professional biography or CV to management
  • Attend an introductory meeting with a member of the management team
  • Optional invitation to attend one K Street investor meeting
  • Receive approval of membership by membership committee 
  • Finalize membership by executing membership agreement and paying dues
